We offer a 14-day 'no-questions-asked' return policy on all standard stock items. Instruments must be returned in their original condition with all tags and protective films intact.
Are your guitars set up before being shipped?
Absolutely. Every guitar undergoes a multi-point inspection and a professional setup by our in-house luthiers to ensure optimal playability right out of the box.

Do you provide a warranty on pre-owned gear?
All pre-owned instruments and equipment are thoroughly tested and come with a Langley Guitar Centre 90-day limited warranty in addition to any remaining manufacturer coverage.
